“We discovered Cafe 422 last year and have had many great experiences since then. The staff is very friendly and make an effort to get to know each guest and are always welcoming and friendly. The bartenders make great drinks and the chef is outstanding. We value ambience and of course, good food. They have several different dishes such as the almond crusted chicken with cranberry sauce; wonderful hummus and specials every night, just to name a few. The owner is there most nights and greets everyone. We highly recommend Cafe 422.”

“We stopped in here for lunch after a business meeting and were very pleased. The dining atmosphere was quiet and spacious. The wall decor was tasteful and displayed nicely. The food was delicious. Our associate introduced up to peppers and oil on soft white bread. I had the Chicken Parmesan with penne pasta; which was one of the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had. The service was outstanding and our waitress was prompt and very helpful. I would highly recommend eating here for anyone looking for a authentic Italian meal. I will definitely be back on our next trip.”

“Came here for a shared birthday dinner with a friend and family party of 8. Table was already waiting when we got there. Server was prompt and attentive. Ordered a filet mignon which included pasta, side salad, and desert. The filet was cooked a perfect medium rare, large portion as well. The pasta was a penne and the sauce was seasoned very well. The chocolate cake I ended up taking home and made quite the midnight snack!”

“Everything was fabulous!!! REAL FOOD w/ fresh ingredients!! We loved everything we had ( well the chocolate cake we took home was not great .. dry & it picked up flavors of other food it must have been by .. but everything else was so Delicious that it didn’t matter ) our Waitress was Lisa who was so knowledgeable & gave us great recommendations .. we started w/ the Hot peppers in oil & they were outstanding!! Best we’ve ever had. My Husband has the chicken Marsala which Lisa recommend he get over the penne he was so pleased that he did it was so good.i had the Chicken Francaise .. excellent ( salads were good w/ their creamy balsamic house made dressing ) we thought the prices were very reasonable especially for the quality of food. We live an hour away & we Definitely be back .”

“ One of my all time favorite places to go.it just keeps getting better. I have had beef kebobs, lamb kebobs, and chicken kebobs. OMG. They are terrific. The rice the serve with it is terrific. The bread is terrific. The prices are terrific. The atmosphere is terrific. The service is terrific. This place is another local home-run. My only regret is that I don’t live closer because I could probably eat there every night. Gave it 4 meatballs before.and it keeps its 4 meatball rating.”

“Super amazing service first of all love this building it has a upscale vibe like when you see it you know the food is going to be top notch. The waitress was super friendly and helpful with deciding what to get and what we got was amazing. I got the prime rib and parmesan risotto my friend got the pork chops. Barely saved room for dessert you have to see the carrot cake it’s loaded with caramel and nuts I got the authentic spumoni everything was amazing. Will be back can’t wait to try more.”

“...there is NOTHING like the bread anywhere in America, and I am the true Bread queen, let alone the hot peppers, if the place was for sale I would consider buying it, what’s so amazing is that this place also has a history and my husband’s grandparents used to go there, so everything is good, I have not ever had a bad meal there, the staff are amazing, the owners are true gentlemen, they will never just ask you to leave , even if you’re the last ones there, more people should take some tips from them and the way the staff is treated, the entire working environment is a pleasure to see.”
